Daniel Ayerzon is an entrepreneur and business strategist dedicated to building companies that create prosperity for both people and communities.
Early in his career at Citibank, working in the foreclosure department, Daniel witnessed firsthand the human impact of financial decisions. The experience shaped his belief that strong business performance and human dignity should never be at odds.
He later expanded his expertise at Intuit, where he developed deep experience in systems, scalability, and operational strategy. Known for his ability to identify structural weaknesses and redesign organizations for long-term success, Daniel earned a reputation as a strategic “business whisperer.”
Through American Jobs Factory, he now focuses on helping transform businesses into employee-owned companies that generate quality jobs, shared wealth, and stronger local economies.
