We go beyond the traditional 4-day work week. Our employees work four days in their primary roles and are paid for a fifth day dedicated to community service. This innovative approach ensures both productivity and community impact.
On the fifth workday, employees receive full pay to volunteer in their communities. This isn't just time off – it's a paid opportunity to make a real difference where you live. This approach strengthens local communities while providing meaningful work-life integration.
Yes! While others talk about 4-day work weeks, we've created something more impactful. Instead of just reducing work days, we've repurposed that fifth day for paid community service. This creates value for both our workers and their communities.
Note:
We are in the beginning of our journey. All donations go to scaling and operations as of now. In the future all donations will go to the 5th day community service initiative.
We believe business success and community wellbeing are inseparable. Our four days of focused work combined with one paid day of community service creates a more engaged workforce, stronger communities, and more sustainable business outcomes.
Employees can engage in various community activities such as: • Local improvement projects • Mentoring programs • Environmental initiatives • Social service support • Educational programs • Community development work
