Together we can make a difference and create a new path for America!
Since 1978, CEO compensation has skyrocketed by 1,085%, while typical worker compensation has increased by only 24%. In 2023, the median CEO made $16.3 million, while the median worker earned just $81,467.

The gap continues to widen: CEOs now make 290 times what their average workers earn - a stark contrast from 1965 when the ratio was dramatically lower. In 2023 alone, CEO pay at S&P 500 companies increased by 6% to an average of $17.7 million in total compensation, while worker wages struggled to keep pace with inflation.

This isn't just about numbers - it's about fairness and sustainability. That's why AJF's 6:1 pay ratio cap and 75% worker ownership model offers a revolutionary alternative to this broken system.
The source for this updated information is directly from the Economic Policy Institute's latest research on CEO pay.
