Right now, we’re in the early stages of bringing this vision to life. As a nonprofit organization, we’re focused on raising donations to lay the foundation for real change. Why are we doing this? Because the current system isn’t working for most people. Too many workers feel stuck in jobs where their voices aren’t heard, their efforts aren’t valued, and their futures feel uncertain. At AJF, we believe it doesn’t have to be this way. - **Fair Pay**: No one at AJF companies will ever make more than six times the pay of the lowest-paid employee.

To me, this isn’t just about creating jobs. It’s personal. For over 25 years, I’ve worked in corporate environments, witnessing how the system often fails the very people it depends on. I’ve seen workers lose opportunities to grow, face stagnant wages, and feel powerless to change their circumstances. At AJF, we’re reimagining what work can be—where every person has a voice, where success is shared, and where communities thrive because businesses care.

The idea of change can be overwhelming, but history shows us that transformation is possible. Just like the introduction of the 5-day workweek and the abolition of slavery, economic reform can spark ripple effects across society. AJF is part of that legacy—a bold step toward a future where work creates freedom, not exhaustion.

Our goal is ambitious: to raise $1.5 billion by 2030 to fund this vision. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. It’s not just about the money—it’s about believing in the possibility of something better, something fairer, something that benefits everyone.
